Undergraduate NanoCert® in Introduction to IT Project Management
Program Description
The Introduction to IT Project Management is an undergraduate NanoCert® consisting of three courses that align with the existing Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. The program will introduce you to basic program management skills; provide you introductory understanding of program management strategies and tools; and explore concepts, principles, theories, guidelines, and techniques associated with applying project management to the contracting profession or non-contracting acquisition process.
NanoCert Objectives
After successfully completing this NanoCert, the student will be able to:
- Identify the need for project management
- Explain the use of project management tools in an organization
- Apply project management in the contracting profession or non-contracting acquisition process
